My Favorite Things

One of my most anticipated days of the year was when I would curl up on the couch with a notebook and turn on the Oprah Winfrey show to watch one of her most beloved segments: Oprah’s Favorite Things. Oh, how I loved to learn about her new and incredible finds to better her daily living….and mine.

I’m often asked for recommendations: favorite books and notebooks, trusted organizations and resources, tried-and-true tech tools and more. I believe in life-long learning and fill my days with reading, writing and exploring to truly experience the world and end each day a bit more fulfilled than the last. I read widely, write daily and dive deep into experiences like exploring clean eating, making hot chocolate bombs with my daughter, crafting my own notebooks ad even learning brush lettering.
